Standard Rebel Debate Institute
The Standard Rebel Debate Institute is designed to teach speech and argument to middle school or high school students. Programming for middle schoolers include introductions to argument or speech preparation and delivery. We aim to build skills in communication for kids so they are well prepared as a public speaker for professional and competitive endeavors. Attendees learn about Public Forum styles of debating as well as a session of impromptu speaking.
This summer camp is open to any student who will be in grades 6-8 during the 2025-2026 school year.

Advanced Rebel Debate Institute
The Advanced Rebel Debate Institute is designed to teach speech and argument to middle school or high school students. We aim to build skills in communication for kids so they are well prepared as a public speaker for professional and competitive endeavors. We will give students assistance in conducting research to create speeches and arguments with backing from quality sources. Attendees will learn oratorical speaking as well as argumentation in a Public Forum style of debate.
This summer camp is open to any student who will be in grades 6-8 during the 2025-2026 school year. If your student was an attendee the prior year, they will be accepted again even if they are entering grade 9 during the 2025-2026 school year.
*It is recommended, but not required, to take the standard session before the advanced session.
Schedule: Monday, July 21 – Friday, July 25 from 9 AM – 5 PM.
